Brief subject description:
A detailed technical specification outlined by the Contracting Authority and further definition of the subject of performance of this Public Contract is in the Draft Contract attached as Annex 1 hereof (hereinafter the “Draft Contract”) and is binding for Contractors in a full extent.


The subject matter of the Public Contract is a provision of:
a) security design software (hereinafter „SW“) including licences to this SW according to Article VIII Paragraph 1 of the Draft Contract, the minimum requirements for this SW are specified in Technical Specification which is Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract;
b) installation of SW;
c) training:
d) warranty for SW:
e) maintenance of SW for 2 years and according to SW maintenance requirements which is an Annex No. 2 to the Draft Contract.


Podrobná technická specifikace nastíněná zadavatelem a bližší vymezení předmětu plnění této veřejné zakázky je v Návrhu smlouvy, který tvoří přílohu č. 1 (dále jen „Návrh smlouvy“) a je pro dodavatele v plném rozsahu závazné.

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytnutí:
a) ceninový software (dále jen „SW“) včetně licencí k tomuto SW dle čl. VIII odst. 1 Návrhu smlouvy, minimální požadavky na tento SW jsou uvedeny v Technické specifikaci, která je přílohou č. 1 Návrhu smlouvy;
b) instalace SW;
c) školení:
d) záruka na SW:
e) údržba SW po dobu 2 let a dle požadavků na údržbu SW, která je přílohou č. 2 návrhu smlouvy.
