Zajištění vzdělávacího programu pro vedoucí pracovníky SPCSS.
Vzdělávací program bude rozčleněn do několika bloků jednotlivých školení, která budou realizována v průběhu roku 2017. Obsahem jednotlivých školení budou tzv. „soft skills“ očekávané od vedoucích pracovníků, tzn. schopnost vést a motivovat podřízené, jejich hodnocení, prezentační dovednosti, time management atp. Definici konkrétních témat by mělo předcházet setkání s účastníky a bližší specifikace dle konkrétní skupiny.
