Brief subject description:
The subject of the Public Contract is the Contractor´s obligation to provide the Contracting Authority following services relating to current SW (CorvinaPlus Frame Application version 1,18), including their installation:
- Premium Software Maintenance for 3 years for existing workstation (for current SW), including upgrade for version Corvina v.3 (hereinafter „Maintenance“);
- HandCraft module, with the understanding that once installed, it will also be covered by Maintenance.

Further definition of the subject of performance of the Public Contract is provided especially in Annex 1 of the Invitation – Draft Contract.


Předmětem veřejné zakázky je závazek zhotovitele poskytnout zadavateli následující služby související s aktuálním SW (CorvinaPlus Frame Application verze 1,18), včetně jejich instalace:
- Premium Software Maintenance na 3 roky pro stávající pracovní stanici (pro aktuální SW), včetně upgradu na verzi Corvina v.3 (dále jen "Údržba");
- Modul HandCraft s tím, že po instalaci se na něj bude vztahovat také Údržba.

Bližší vymezení předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je uvedeno zejména v příloze č. 1 výzvy k podání nabídek – Návrh smlouvy.
