Brief subject description:
The subject of this public contract is the Supplier’s obligation to produce and supply the Client the diffractive optically variable security elements, specifically KINEGRAM® PATCH, in pieces and required version to the Client, which must:
- meet the technical specification requirements arising from EU requirements, namely Commission Implementing Decision C (2018) 674 dated 12 February 2018 and Regulation 2017/1370 of the European Parliament and of the European Council dated 4 July 2017 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “European Legislation”), and further
- correspond with the Client's Technical specifications beyond the framework of European Legislation specified in Annex No. 1 to the Finalised Draft Contract attached as Annex 1.

Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je závazek dodavatele vyrobit a dodat objednateli difrakční opticky proměnné bezpečnostní prvky, konkrétně KINEGRAM® PATCH, v kusech a požadovaném provedení objednateli, který musí:
- splňovat požadavky technické specifikace vyplývající z požadavků EU, a to Prováděcí rozhodnutí Komise C (2018) 674 ze dne 12. února 2018 a Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Evropské rady 2017/1370 ze dne 4. července 2017 (dále společně jen jako „Evropské Legislativa“) a dále
- odpovídat Technickým specifikacím Objednatele nad rámec evropské legislativy uvedeným v Příloze č. 1 Finalizovaného návrhu Smlouvy přiložené jako Příloha č. 1.
