Stručný popis předmětu:
The subject matter of the Public Contract is the Contractor’s obligation to supply to Contracting Authority chip modules and Inlays with antenna used for the production of smart cards with the profile for První certifikační autorita, a. s. (First Certification Authority, a. s.) and its customers as outlined below:
a) STARCOS 3.74 eIDAS C3 dual interface chip modules for the encapsulation and inlays with antenna according to the technical specifications contained in Annex 1 and 2 of this Contract in following variable configuration:
aa.) with initialization table based on STARCOS 3.7, with unique ATR (I.CA), or
ab.) with initialization table created through a specific profile. This profile will be concretized by the Contracting Authority in partial written orders (e.g. eIDAS or different one)
b) STARCOS 3.74 eIDAS C3 dual interface chip modules for the encapsulation according to the technical specifications contained in Annex 1 and 2 of this Contract in following variable configuration:
ba.) with initialization table based on STARCOS 3.7, with unique ATR (I.CA), or
bb.) with initialization table created through a specific profile. This profile will be concretized by the Contracting Authority in partial written orders (e.g. eIDAS or different one)

(hereinafter referred separately to as the “chip modules” and/or “subject of performance” or “goods”)

An integral part of the subject of performance is also a provision of the technical support by the Contractor, in case of technical problems in course of processing of the goods by the Contracting Authority.

A detailed technical specification outlined by the Contracting Authority and further definition of the subject of performance of the Public Contract are in the Annex 1a hereof (hereinafter the “Draft Contract”) and the Annex 1b hereof (hereinafter the “Draft NDA”) and are binding for Contractors in a full extent.
